Suheily attended Kenwood Academy before enrolling at the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign where she majored in Broadcast Journalism with a specialty in political science. After graduating from the U of I, Suheily enrolled at DePaul University College of Law. While at DePaul Suheily served as law clerk for the Honorable Judge Elizabeth Loredo Rivera and as a law clerk for the City of Chicago department of law. During her second year of law school she was chosen as a Mansfield Fellow and spent her fellowship term working at the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago where she used her bilingual skills to serve Spanish speaking clients. Suheily is presently a third year associate at the law firm of Ford & Harrison LLP where she focuses her practice on Labor and Employment defense. She has been a member of PRBA since she was a law student and is a past PRBA scholarship award winner. |
